Bramley

Bramley is our largest gite and sleeps up to 10 adults in 5 bedrooms. The front door leads into the large lounge area, where there are two large sofas, four 4 separate chairs and coffee tables. There is hanging space for coats and shoes can be stored by the side of the stairs.  Off the lounge there is also a cloakroom. The lounge leads through to a large kitchen/diner.  The dining table has 8 chairs and 2 carvers.  The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, circatherm hob, electric oven and a fridge/freezer (3 drawers). The French doors lead on to a split level terrace where there is an outside dining table with 10 chairs.  On the second level are relaxing chairs.

Leading off the lounge also is Bedroom 1 which has been adapted for PMR use.  The doorway is 90cm wide.  The bedroom has a kingsize bed (160cm), bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and hanging hooks. The ensuite shower room is a wet room with a handbasin, heated towel rail and toilet. This room can not fit an extra bed. The stairs in the lounge lead to 4 further bedrooms, two ensuite kingsize bedrooms, another king size bedroom and a twin bedded room. 

Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed (160cm) with hanging space, a chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. This room will also take a cot. There is also an ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, chest of drawers, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 3 has a kingsize bed (160cm) with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and hanging hooks. Next door, Bedroom 4 is a twin bedded room (2 single 90cm beds) with bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe. This room will not fit an extra bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a shower room and separate toilet.  The shower room has a shower cubicle, handbasin, heated towel rail and storage shelving.  

Further down the hallway, Bedroom 5 has a kingsize bed (160cm) with bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and chair and a wardrobe. There is also an ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail. This room will take a folding bed and/or a cot.
