Terms and Conditions for the Gites -

A 25% non – refundable deposit must be accompanied with all bookings with the balance due 8 weeks before the date of arrival.
The deposit will be in Euros to SARL le Manoir de la Vieille Douve.
A 250€ cash deposit is required on arrival in case of damage or breakages. On departure, the gite will be checked and if there is no serious damage this will be refunded.
Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10.00am unless agreed otherwise with Chris and Charles.
There is a strict NO SMOKING OR USE OF VAPES inside the gites and inside the swimming pool barn.
The price of the gite includes all bed linen and towels, tea towels, electricity, water, wi-fi, use of swimming pool, cleaning and a welcome pack.
If you require a cot or highchair please ask in advance.
All gites have been furnished to a high standard and include:- Fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer, fire extinguisher, BBQ and garden furniture.
Each gite has in addition, an ironing board, iron and clothes airer, hairdryer and a fire extinguisher in the kitchen.
Games, books and a pool table are available in the Pool area along with some gym equipment.
Fishing is available on site, we can supply rods but not baits etc.
The terrace outside the swimming pool is a shared area with a charcoal BBQ available for guests to use.
