- Booking: We require a 25% deposit on booking. This payment can be done by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Card or Cash. We will also require all contact details at the time of booking.
- Arrival and Departure: Rooms are available from 16.30pm on the day of arrival. We require guests to vacate the rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed at the time of booking.
- Smoking: We guarantee all our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed within the grounds of The Manoir.
- Final Payment: On arrival, you will be required to settle your account in full. This payment can be done by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Card or Cash.
- Cancellations: All cancellations within 24 hours notice will be refunded in full. Less than 24 hours will not be refunded.
- Pricing: All prices are per room in € unless otherwise stated. All prices include TTC but not tax de sejour. Prices are subject to change without notice; we reserve the right to alter your rate should a mistake be identified. Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information featured online at any time.
- Dogs: We are able to accommodate well behaved dogs. This is done by request only and must be booked at the time of booking.
- Single Guests: All our rooms are priced at a rate per room, not by occupancy.
- Table d’hôtes: We offer a table d’hôtes dinner service. This must be booked in advance and we must be informed of all food allergies at the time of booking.
- Breakfast: Breakfast will be served in the main dining room from 7.30am to 9.30am Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 10.00am Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We must be informed of all food allergies at the time of booking.
- Car Parking: Car parking is available outside the front of The Manoir. Vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
- Special Requirements and Requests: Prior to your arrival please advise the hotel of any special dietary needs, mobility issues, or other requirements you may have. Our Elstar bedroom has been designed for people with limited mobility and the whole ground floor is designed for wheelchairs. The booking of this room will come on a first come first serve basis. Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.
- Complaints or Comments: Any complaint or comment regarding a stay should be made in the first instance at the time of your stay so that all reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the situation at the time. Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing.
